Returns
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have
a term of 7 working days, to count from the date of delivery of the
order, to give back it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, 15 of
January of Arrangement of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, of
19 of December).
You only must make us arrive the product in perfect conditions and
their original packing, including guarantees, labels and instructions
of use. In addition, in the case of change, you will not have to pay
the expenses of shipment of the new order. In case that the products
are
damaged due to an unsuitable packing, we will not admit the return.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all
the previous conditions occur, euroradar.net will admit the
return of the product and refund the amount by
means of banking transference to the banking account that you indicate
to us.
Note: You will receive the refund of the amount in a maximum term of 20
days from the reception in our warehouse of the product of change or
return.
